Although the Ideal shape shake cost less than the Isalean shake, it contains some ingredients that I don’t want to pay for. Such as: Sucralose, a.k.a Splenda. This artificial sweetener is not worth saving calories for. According to the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health, Sucralose can reek havoc on the digestive system by reducing the amount of good bacteria in your intestines by 50 percent and increasing the pH level in your intestines. It also contains Soy protein Isolate. It doesn’t say if it is fermented or non-gmo. Most soy is gmo and bad news. It also contains cellulose gum. This is a fancy word for sawdust.  It also contains artificial flavor. Do your own research on these ingredients and decide for yourself. Here is a breakdown of both shakes:
