One question I get asked a lot is how is does Isagenix Isalean shake compare to the Thrive Shake? Here is a quick run done:
Isalean shake contains 240 calories per serving and Thrive contains 110 calories per serving. I don’t think 110 calories is enough to be considered a meal replacement.
Isalean shake contains 24 grams of protein per serving and Thrive contains 15 grams of protein per serving. Again I think 15 grams is a little low to be considered a meal replacement.
Isalean contains undenatured whey protein from New Zealand grass-fed cows. Thrive contains protein from Soy protein isolate, Pea Protein, and denatured Whey.
Isalean is sweetend with fruit fructose, stevia, and honey. Thrive is sweetened with sucralose (Splenda) and Stevia. Sucralose kills up to 50% of the healthy probiotics that live in the gut and are part of the digestive and immune system.
Thrive contains caffeine so it might not be suitable for children.
Isalean shakes cost about $2.85 wholesale per serving and Thrive cost about $2.50 on autoship per serving. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
